TERMS OF BUSINESS
1.0 PAYMENT
All payments are made by invoice according to the agreement in force. Therefore, payment will not be collected via the webshop. You will be able to find your current order and invoice history at any time under ‘My Page’ after the Administrator Login.
2.0 LOGIN
You receive two logins for the webshop:
- Salesperson Login
- Administrator Login
2.1 SALESPERSON LOGIN
The Salesperson Login gives you access to the following:
- Attractive visual product presentation of your entire product range, including a product configurator which enables you to design and put together your own furniture
- Order creation, including delivery times and your recommended retail prices
- Download of product specifications
- Fast Track overview
Depending on the rights you have been allocated (managed from the Administrator Login), your Salesperson Login can give you access to the following:
- Order history
- Creating claims for compensation/reporting transport damage
- List of claims
- Creation, modification and deletion of favourites lists
- Access to image database (media site)
- Price lists in PDF format for download or to print
2.2 ADMINISTRATOR LOGIN
In addition to the rights to which you have access from the Salesperson Login, the Administrator Login gives you access to the following:
- List of invoices, including your recommended retail prices and cost prices (less discounts and other contract terms)
- Creation, modification and deletion of users (Salesperson Login), including allocation of rights
- Order history
- Creating claims for compensation/reporting transport damage
- List of claims
- Creation, modification and deletion of favourites lists
- Access to and download from image database (media site)
- Download of product specifications
- Price lists in PDF format for download or print
2.3 SECURITY
You can feel safe and secure when buying from our webshop. We encrypt all communication to and from the webshop with SSL (Secure Socket Layer / TLS1.2). Bodahl Møbler never discloses confidential information to third parties, unless agreed with you.
Management of login details is your own responsibility, e.g. how logins are stored and ensuring that they are only made available to authorised individuals and departments. Bodahl Møbler ApS will therefore never be able to be held liable if information, which is available via the Administrator Login or the Salesperson Login, falls into the hands of unauthorised parties.
3.0 DELIVERY TIMES
3.1 CAN WE COUNT ON THE INDICATED DELIVERY TIMES?
The indicated delivery times are current delivery times. Therefore, the delivery times indicated for each product may change when the final order is placed. An order is considered final once it has been entered in Bodahl’s ERP system.
3.2 THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE PRODUCT PAGE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE DELIVERY TIME IN MY BASKET
Since, unless otherwise agreed, we always collect all items in an order and send them together, the delivery time stated on the purchase order will always be equal to the longest delivery time for the products in your basket. This means that if your order includes more than one item, the actual delivery time will be the same as the delivery time for the product with the longest delivery time.
4.0 ERRORS AND OMISSIONS ON THE WEBSHOP
4.1 INCORRECT INFORMATION
If you find any incorrect, outdated or misleading information, please contact our customer service on +45 20 99 02 80 or by email at info@bodahlmoebel.dk. Bodahl Møbler accepts no liability for errors and omissions. This includes typing errors and layout errors in both price lists and systems.
4.2 COLOUR AND VISUALISATION OF MATERIALS
Bodahl Møbler has made an effort to be as realistic as possible in its illustration and presentation of all of its furniture. However, you should always refer to Bodahl’s current physical colour and material samples. Bodahl Møbler accepts no liability for differences between the colour and materials in images and the colour and materials of the actual products.
4.3 CUSTOMER LOGOS
If you have chosen to make use of the option to apply your own logo, Bodahl Møbler cannot be held liable for errors in and omissions from your logo. It is therefore your own responsibility to ensure that Bodahl Møbler always has your current logo and that this is correctly shown on the webshop after login.
5.0 CLAIMS
5.1 CLAIM OR TRANSPORT DAMAGE?
We are very sorry if you have had the misfortune to receive damaged products or products which justify a claim. It is, however, important to differentiate between transport damage and a claim for compensation, since different conditions apply in each case.
Transport damage: if the product/packaging is damaged on receipt, this is transport damage and should be noted on the consignment note when you receive the delivery. In the case of damage which is not immediately apparent, you have seven working days from the date of receipt in which to report the damage. Photos of the damaged products and packaging must be sent together with your timely report (see section 5.2). It is very important that the product is not sent to the end customer, or to another location, within this time limit, since the right to claim compensation will be waived. Similarly, it is important that the product remains in its original packaging during this period and is then returned in this packaging.
Claims: if the product is faulty or in some other way inconsistent with the product description, this may constitute a claim. You are entitled to claim compensation for any Bodahl Møbler product in accordance with the agreement in force.
5.2 HOW DO WE REPORT TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOR A PRODUCT?
If you wish to report transport damage or a claim, please send an email to info@bodahlmoebel.dk .
It is important to take good photos, showing both the location and the extent of the damage. In other words, we required both a detailed picture of the damage and a photo showing the damage as well as the majority or all of the product.
5.3 HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, OR IS A PRODUCT MISSING?
Naturally, we apologise if the package you receive does not correspond to your order. In this case, please contact our customer service by email: info@bodahlmoebel.dk. We require your order number, the name of the product and the quantity. There are two labels on the packaging: one white and one printed.
6.0 VENUE
Any dispute between Bodahl Møbler and the customer referring to this agreement, which cannot be settled amicably, must be settled in the District Court of Holstebro, applying Danish law.
In the event of a dispute between these terms of business and any contract or cooperation agreement between Bodahl Møbler and the customer, the contract or cooperation agreement will always take precedence.
7.0 SALES OUTSIDE THE EU
These terms of business solely apply to sales via Bodahl Møbler’s webshop and sales within the EU (including Switzerland and Norway). Please contact Bodahl Møbler for the terms that apply to sales outside the EU, Switzerland and Norway.
